From your ADG Scribe dashboard, select Patient Details from the left-hand menu. Here, you'll find a complete list of patients who visited, along with their visit count. Search by name, like, Alex, to instantly find matching records. Select a patient to view detailed records, including transcripts from every visit. All information is neatly organized for quick review. Need to make a change? Just click the patient record, update the details, and save, keeping information accurate at all times. Already have your consultation recorded? ADG Scribe lets you upload pre-recorded audio and handle the rest. Simply upload your recorded consultation. ADG Scribe instantly begins processing the audio. In moments, you'll see a complete transcript. The AI automatically distinguishes between doctor and patient. With one click, convert the entire conversation into structured, readable notes, including history, plan of care, and treatment advice.
